We got our second episode, our first truel, and then our second vote. I continue to like this season, and I am really enjoying the layers behind this twist. Tonight's vote was based on utilizing the Redemption Island Switch, and voting out the loved ones of the stronger players on the other tribe.

1. Hayden: (10 points)
Hayden had another quiet night,although that's fine because he's in the dominant alliance, and doesn't need to be in the driver's seat. I am too impressed with Vytas, however, so I'm officially switching their places in my prediction.

2. Rachel: (6 points)
Poor Rachel. She never had a chance in this situation. Despite being the strongest girl, the guys are tight and have an incentive to vote her out to try and get to Tyson. Now of course the question is whether Tyson switches places with her or not. I'm going to guess not after the Rupert fiasco.

3. Vytas: (19 points)
I'm kind of in love with Vytas right now. He's not obnoxious about it, but he's clearly a very smart and savvy player. He came up with the idea of voting out Rachel to get at Tyson which is a ruthless but also brilliant use of the twist. I'm calling it. Based on two episodes, I think Vytas is going to win Survivor Blood vs. Water.

4. Ciera: (9 points)
Ciera continues to get air time, which makes me like her, which makes me want her to go far. But I don't see how she does. She's in the minority on her tribe, and her Mom isn't doing any better on the other tribe. But she's the voice of the minority, so she'll get some more air time, and I think she'll make the merge.

Caleb didn't get much air time either, but I'm putting that down more to the season being crowded and his loved one causing so much drama on the other tribe.

Brad faded a bit into the background a bit this week, but that's good for him as he shouldn't want to stand out when the postmerge targets emerge.

John seems very wishy washy, which makes me think that he will get blindsided by the Locker Room Alliance at some point. I also personally doubt he'll ever find that hidden immunity idol.

9. Gervase (35 points)
So, Gervase had a massive turnaround in this episode, and I am glad. He's now in the majority alliance, he correctly let Marissa fight for herself on Redemption Island, and he once again celebrated big after his tribe won immunity. He's back to looking good. I think the loved ones are going to make a major comeback at some point, so most of the returnees will go early in jury, although I hope we have a Brad vs. Gervase showdown before the season is done.

Tina got herself in the majority alliance, which I think means she has an easy ride to the merge.

I clearly need to watch Survivor Panama, because I really like Aras. "Don't say anything on Three" should have been the title of this episode. Sorry Survivor producers, you got it wrong. I think when we get to the merge Aras and his brother will join forces and own this season.

Tyson is really really close with Aras. He's also being targeted by the Tadhana Locker Room. Will he go to Redemption Island for Rachel? If he does my entire prediction scheme will be thrown off.
