This ended up being a week to remember as Johnny pulled off one of the top vote flips in recent years, pulling a Houdini and escaping almost certain eviction. That's masterful gameplay, thats on par with some of the greats like Vanessa and Dan.

Ali was one of the top sidekicks in Johnny flipping this vote, but the problem is that I don't think Johnny cares that much, or will see owing her any particular loyalty. If anything, I think Johnny staying hastens Ali's exit, as Johnny is one of the few who sees her as more of a problem than Olivia. I still think Olivia would get evicted over Ali if they were both on the block, but this was not a good move for Ali.

The way he isolated himself with Kaela this week was stupid, and I think his chance to win the season dropped precipitously as a result.

Hats off to Johnny for this week of inspired gameplay. He flipped a vote and escaped an eviction, where he should have been dead to rights. That takes an impressive level of skill, and this cast is not nearly the sheep BB19 were, so major props to him. I'm still not returning him to the winner spot in my predictions, because he screams "should have won" to me, but I guess we'll see.
