Tom's Take:
So, I know that other people have more life pertinent New Year's Resolutions, and I have some as well, but here are some goals I have for my TV Watching in 2013.
1. Finish Torchwood Series 4. I've already finished Series 3, and will be writing a blog for it soon, so with Series 4, I will officially have finished the show.
2. Catch up with Doctor Who. I've fallen behind lately, but I have BBC America, so hopefully I can watch a lot of it this year.
3. Keep up with my CW shows; Arrow, Nikita, Beauty and the Beast, and Vampire Diaries. Some of the new shows might not last, and I'll whittle them down later, but for now I plan to keep track of them all.
4. Big Brother Canada. I won't be able to keep track of the feeds as rigorously as I did for the American version, but I definitely want to watch and blog this version.
5. Big Brother 15 blog.
6. Finally watch Twin Peaks. I've heard this show is great for a long time, and I'd like to see if it really is.
7. Walking Dead. I've started this series, and I plan to continue. It looks good so far, and I love most of what AMC is doing.
8. Catch up on Bones, or ditch it completely. I stopped watching Bones early in Season 6, and I'd like to go back and see if there's anything there.
9. Try at least three new anime series. I love anime, and I'd like to try some new anime this year to expand my horizons in this area.
10. Try three more British shows. What can I say? I love British TV, and I want to try more.
So there you go. Those are my New Year's resolutions, and I hope you look forward to me writing some of these up. Also, I'll try and include some negative reviews, since I don't actually like everything, and I think I've been reserving this blog for mostly positive feelings. And the world deserves to know my loathing...
I have no idea what that means, but it sounds cool.
